Xcaret Invited this State for its Annual Day of the Dead celebration

One of the most important parks of the Mexican Caribbean will dedicate its celebration of the Day of the Dead to Xantolo and the festivities of the deceased in the style of the celebrations of the indigenous communities and regions of San Luis Potosí.

Before national and international media, the park presented San Luis Potosí as a guest state to the fourteenth edition of the Xcaret Life and Death Festival, which will take place from October 30 to November 2 of this year, where they can admire the traditions of the Dead festivities in the Huasteca Potosina known as Xantolo.

In the presentation attended by the Secretary of Tourism of San Luis Potosí, Arturo Esper Sulaimán, representing the State Government, cultural activities, tradition, and the accompaniment of artisanal, gastronomic, ritual, music wealth appeared on the list and dance with which the celebrations of the dead will be lived in the Huasteca potosina.

The meeting that will have a delegation of 33 artistic groups, 67 exhibitions, 391 volunteers and the presence of all the municipalities of the Huasteca potosina that celebrate this tradition, can be admired and known first hand by the thousands of visitors that this park receives of nature in the Riviera Maya.
