Riviera Maya Film Festival “Lights, Cameras, ACTION”

Riviera Maya Film Festival is a new film festival. 2012 will be the first edition. For its first year, the festival decided to settle in the nice and pleasant town of Playa Del Carmen, the heart of the Riviera Maya. The location will vary year to year between different places as 3 destinations are eligible to receive the festival: the Riviera as previously seen, Cancun and Cozumel.


The festival aims to consolidate, diffuse and promote the artistic expression through new projects and personal initiatives. The outcome will enrich the filmography culture of Mexico.
RMFF succeeded in gathering 68 national and international movies: many countries are represented this week: Mexico, France, Netherlands, Spain, Australia, Canada, Ireland, Portugal, Colombia, Japan, Romania, United Kingdom, South Korea, Austria, Iran etc… Imagine!!! 68 movies in competition just for you! Imagine how hard the teams worked to be present at the festival and how stressed they should be this coming week.  

If you like movies, or a movie buff as they call it.  This will absolutely help you find your happiness playing movies all week long.


The festival starts on the 20th March 2012 and ends on the 25th of March 2012. 5 days full of of high quality movies.  All genre of movies, so if you want to assist this event you are more than welcome.  You can assist FOR FREE to ANY movie.
