On April 30, the WBC Youth World Cup will be held in Playa del Carmen

The first bell of the 2021 boxing season will ring in Playa del Carmen on April 30. The evening includes eight fights and has as an attraction the dispute in 10 rounds of the world youth silver championship of the World Boxing Council in the super bantamweight division between César Omar Vaca and Ariel Ahumada.

In the main event of the night, Jorge Chihuas Brito will face Cristina chini Sonora in 10 rounds at super welterweight. In the co-main event of the night, Daniel Tremendo Soto from Playa del Carmen will face Reno Jaguar Reyes at home and against his followers, in a 10-round super lightweight fight.

In the dispute for the silver world title of the WBC, César Vaca, a native of Guadalajara, Jalisco, with nine fights won and one loss, faces the dangerous Axel Cañonero Ahumada, the Mochis has five victories with four knockouts and two defeats as a poster of presentation in search of the world scepter that is vacant.

The main fight will be between two fighters who already have experience in the ring; Jorge Chihuas Brito arrives from Tijuana with 14 victories, nine of them by knockout and with a lost fight to face the fighter of Gómez Palacios, Cristian Chini Sonora who boasts five knockouts among his 13 victories with five defeats, a fight that smells like a knockout.

In the co-main event, the fighter from Playa del Carmen Daniel Tremendo Soto will go out in search of his ninth victory in which five knockouts in eight bouts with two draws and two losses stand out, to face in an international contest in ten rounds at super lightweight to the Peruvian Reno Jaguar Reyes.
