Mexican Wine Festival in Playa Del Carmen

From the 13 to 15 of April the second Mexican Wine Festival will take place in Playa del Carmen México. This event will gather more than 2,000 guests in different events.

During the press conference, Hans Spath, owner of restaurants said that one of the objectives is to promote an inclusive industry integrating farmers, chefs, suppliers and the final user. This should generate useful connections for the wine industry.

Among the highlights of the event are wine tastings, pairings and food demonstrations. Trainings for people in the industry will be provided too.

Uvas-vendimia

Conferences, workshops and tastings will take place the days 13 and 14 at The Royal Hotel. Student of tourism and gastronomy will have courses and workshops at the Riviera Maya University. Dinners and pairings will be between 9 and 11 in the evening, 25 restaurants will be participating.

Lastly a harvest festival will take place at The Mayakoba, this event will be from 9pm to 2am. This main event will include live music, wine tastings and food demonstration with the participation of cheese, candy and wine companies from different parts of Mexico.
