CANCUN – Over 70 business executives, civic representatives, government officials and other invited guests attended presentations by renowned hurricane experts Doctor Lixion Avila of the United States National Hurricane Center, Hurricane Specialist Unit, and Doctor Omar Garcia, Research Professor and Meteorologist for The University of Guadalajara, Institute of Meteorology and Astronomy.
