The main tourist destinations in the country have registered hotel occupancy rates above 80 percent on weekend, as a recovery of the activity after the September quakes and thanks to the Day of the Dead celebration.
Despite the travel alerts from the United States, the hotel room occupancy remained stable during September in Cancun, Puerto Morelos and Quintana Roo, one of the largest tourist destinations in the country, and reached a level of 74.1 percent on November 2.
