CHEYENNE – Some families in Mexico have roofs over their heads thanks to the help of a local student.
Jared Marquardt, an 18-year-old senior at Cheyenne’s East High, is making a habit of helping to build a house in Tijuana, Mexico, each summer. His first week-long trip was in July 2015, and he went again in July 2016.
