Many people are being told to prepare themselves as this Monday, January 19, comes the ‘Blue Monday’, the saddest day of the year, according to a mathematical formula that takes into account variables such as the fact that Christmas festivities are over, the cold has arrived and that the slope of January can extended well into February.
‘Blue Monday’ was first identified in 2005 according to a researcher from Cardiff University and an expert on motivation formula Cliff Arnal, who came to this conclusion after studying climate variables , limited liquidity to pay some debts and disappointment at having failed the purposes of the new year.
