Playa Sonrisa
This beach and resort in Xcalak, on the Costa Maya, has a lot to do: snorkeling, diving, kayaking and happy hour. It is located next to the Xcalak Reefs National Marine Park, having an immense beauty and natural diversity a few steps from the hotel rooms.
To get to Playa Sonrisa, it is best to go to the San Pedro Airport in Belize (50 km) instead of the Cancun International Airport (316 km), but both are common options.
Playa Escondida Au Naturel Resort
This resort in Kantenah (between Playa and Tulum) was awarded the Tripadvisor Traveler’s Choice in 2012 and 2020 as one of the best resorts in the country.
In fact, it is hidden, in the sense that it is on the edge of a mangrove jungle, which reinforces the privacy of the guests. People are expected to be nude at all times, but public displays of “affection” are discouraged (actually prohibited).
There are many activities you can participate in, such as coconut painting, tequila tasting, water volleyball, cocktail class, night shows, foam parties or Spanish classes. In addition, you can organize your own nudist wedding. It has a symbolic value, so it will not be legally binding, but they offer this service.

Desire Riviera Maya Pearl Resort
Clothing optional! This resort in Puerto Morelos (between Playa del Carmen and Cancun) is built with one thing in mind: sensuality. It is a place for luxury and pleasure, to wake up your senses and to let yourself go, either in the pool, in the jacuzzi, in the suites, at the beach, or in their playroom.
