- You want to pay less? For 80 pesos, you can go in the same Colonia Gonzalez Guerrero, in the 40th street between the 30th street and the CTM (one of the main streets of Playa). The hairdresser is very nice. Her name is Dominique. She went to a professional school in Tuxla, Chiapas and after moved in Mexico City to continue her studies. She has been working down here for 2 years now. Pretty available, welcoming and professional, she is the one you need if you want someone trustful. She perfectly knows what she does! Also if you want a pedicure, manicure or even a massage (for 150 pesos, 130 pesos and 250 pesos respectively), she is also the one you need!!
No appointment needed for any of them!
Both of them are near downtown! You do not need to take a taxi, just your legs and a 15 minute’ walk is all required. The once little fishing village, turned balneario resort city, Playa Del Carmen is very safe and the locals are warm and welcoming.
