Great news for the Rivera Maya Gov. Roberto Borge Angulo announced that they are opening a recreational beach for people with reduced mobility and disabilities. Its the first of its kind in the country.
The Chief Executive said by doing a project like this for people with reduced mobility will benefit those travelling abroad to the Rivera Maya. His wife, Mrs. Mariana Borge Zorrilla, who explains that opening up a facility like this that everyone can use and enjoy is the definition of the all around beauty of Quintana Roo.
This beach is located at the height of Founders Park Playa del Carmen. Definite increase in domestic and foreign tourism is predicted with the opening of this project . It will be the first ever in Mexico to have this type of beach for tourists and locals to enjoy.
