Prior to its reopening, Grupo Xcaret worked on the implementation of a 360 ° X-security model that includes safety and hygiene protocols, to offer memorable experiences in a safe environment, guaranteeing the well-being of its visitors, guests, collaborators and suppliers.
The model made Grupo Xcaret the first recreational company to receive the Travel Safety Stamp granted by the World Travel and Tourism Council (WTTC), by meeting hygiene and disinfection standards. of its facilities.
