Hard Rock Hotels taking over three Palace Resorts all-inclusives in Riviera Maya

Fans of the Hard Rock Hotel will soon have three new places to try in Mexico.

Palace Resorts and Hard Rock International have announced an agreement to transform Palace Resorts properties in Cancun, Puerto Vallarta and Riviera Maya into Hard Rock Hotels, according to a news release.

The rebranding and transformation will begin in the coming months, with the first Hard Rock hotel in Cancun scheduled to launch early next year, followed by Puerto Vallarta in the spring and finally the first-phase debut of Hard Rock Hotel Riviera Maya in the fall of 2012. Each hotel will remain open as an existing Palace Resorts property during the conversions.

Each Hard Rock Mexico location is a beachfront property that will feature all-inclusive luxury accommodations. Amenities include in-room double Jacuzzis, fine dining, 24-hour room service and live entertainment.

All three will offer Hard Rock signature Rock Star Suites and will showcase an extensive collection of memorabilia from international and local music artists. Like other Hard Rock Hotels, each property will host an ongoing schedule of live concerts, celebrity-driven parties and other onsite events.

Here are the details on each property, according to the release:

Hard Rock Cancun will offer 601 guest rooms, all featuring private balconies and water views, five restaurants (among them, a new Brazilian steakhouse), five bars and lounges, a spa with outdoor palapa-style massage areas, an expansive poolscape, and meeting facilities including a 16,408-square-foot convention center.

Hard Rock Puerto Vallarta, located on the beaches of Bahia de Banderas, near Puerto Vallarta in the heart of Riviera Nayrit, boasts 348 guest rooms, four restaurants, four bars, a new Moon Lounge, spa, two swimming pools, and 6,300 square feet of meeting facilities.

Hard Rock Riviera Maya will combine two adjacent Palace Resorts properties, Aventura Cove Palace and Aventura Spa Palace. The former will offer 489 guest rooms, three restaurants (including a new dinner theatre venue), four bars, multiple pools, water activities and other family-friendly amenities, including a unique teen club with gaming cabanas. The latter, to be marketed to adults, will provide 777 guest rooms, four restaurants, four bars, numerous pools including a grotto pool that will become a nighttime club experience, and one of the top-rated spas in Riviera Maya. By TampaBay

Canada2Playa, We Do the work for you! Looking for Real Estate it this area can be a daunting task, to say the least. There is no MLS system, like in Canada, no registered Real Estate Board to weed out the unethical players, and bait and switch is rampant on websites out there.

The sunrises are spectacular for us it truly was love at first sight. We think you will agree….
